The first sentence is the opening sentence ( i forget the formal name ) then the sentences in the middle, in the case of a 5 sentence paragraph thats 3, are body sentences, and the final is the conclusion. Hope this helps!
If a written story were turned into an audio version, it would likely differ from the written version because it would add more depth to the words if someone is speaking them, especially if it is a story. Hope this helped!!!
I would say the third option because a short story shouldn’t have crazy twists and surprises when it is supposed to be short. Sorry if I’m wrong tho :)
