4. How is a first-person narrator different from a third-person limited narrator?
dangina [55]

Answer:

In third-person point of view, the author is narrating a story about the characters, referring to them by name or using the third-person pronouns “he,” “she,” and “they.” Unlike a first-person narrator, a third-person narrator is not a character within the story they tell.

Can y’all please help me guys
Sever21 [200]
Ok the setting is clearly outside.

The first point could be that the description of the growling dog gives an effect of being surrounded by danger, especially with the repetition of the growling coming from everywhere.
It give a feeling of being trapped and Stephen king uses this to create tension.

The second point could refer to the woman and her strange actions because she is frightened of the unknown, and often being in the outside exposes you to things you can’t always escape from. King uses this to convey a fearful setting that a reader can relate to.

I hope this helps :)

Vilka [71]
As you know, this story reveals the problem of men's attitude towards women, especially this conflict shapes in relationships between husbands and their wives. So, at those times only a few men took women serious, mostly they were neglectful to women and didn't treat them like they were on a par. Even though you didn't give any options, I have got the answer and do hope it will help you: The shattered fruit jar symbolizes the broken and unhappy home in which Mrs. Wright lived.
