Some barriers or roadblocks a person might have against exercising are that they don't have time, they aren't motivated or interested, it's too hot or cold or rainy, or that it will cost too much. These can sometimes be legitimate concerns, but there is always a way to build your exercise program around them. If you don't want to spend money at the gym, you can do calisthenics in your own home. If you aren't interested in a certain type of exercise, you can try new things until you find one you like.
