Answer: In many cases, we act indifferently since we simply feel sorry at the moment but then we forget.

Explanation:

When a traffic event happens in a place far away from where we are, we usually tend to feel sorry for the moment and then forget the event. While it is true that from the position where we find ourselves it seems that we cannot do much, in reality, it is the opposite. We have the ways where communication comes faster, which allows us to raise a voice and send a message. Tragic events have something behind and it is a teaching so that the future does not repeat and become worse.
