I could be very wrong, but I believe the answer is B. The reason for this is because in an active voice, the subject is doing the action, but in this case, it is a passive voice. The passive voice has a subject that is the one being acted on. An example would be: The crow was watched by the girl. To make this active, though, you would simply make the girl the subject of the sentence like so: The girl watched the crow.
