Ineffective. Hoover was “limited government” Republican conservative. He believed that the Federal Government involvement would place a burden on the US Treasury and harm capitalism. He believed individual assistance should be handled at the local level. Unfortunately many Americans were at the mercy of whatever their particular locality could provide. Without Federal assistance there wasn’t enough at the local level to provide adequate assistance. Hoover vetoed many of the bills that could have provided direct assistance and believed firmly that Federal assistance was not the path out of the Depression.

Answer:

INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION

Explanation:

Carl Max was a German who promoted the ideology of Communism which was a result of the class struggle in the Capitalist system of running the state in his manifesto in 1848 which was co-written by Friedrich Engels

This period which was tagged as the "the Industrial Revolution" was emphasized more by Carl Max as a period the Proletariat( the working class) must take over the control of the government, and industries from the Bourgeoisie(the land owners). Communism manifesto delves more on the movement of the Proletariat to take over as the rrulling lord's which will bring about a democratic state.

Read the following excerpt from Holes.
Vanyuwa [196]

✿ ・*:.。. .。.:*・゜゚・*☆ Hey There ☆ ・*:.。. .。.:*・゜゚・* ✿

★━━━★━━━★━━━★━━━★━━━★━━━★━━━★━━━★

The answer to this is D:

Physical trait is described as the traits or aspects that are explicit or visually evident. Stated physical traits would imply the physical traits that are intentionally proclaimed by the author.

In the given excerpt from 'Holes', option 4 displays the sentence that contains a stated physical trait as the description of 'watching the rise and fall of a telephone wire' implies the 'visually apparent or physical feature'. The other options(options 1, 2, 3, and 5) imply the 'psychological traits' as implied by the descriptions like 'didn't believe', 'always seemed..in wrong place', 'in his mind' imply mental traits.

Thus, option 4 is the correct answer.
