Most of the Gods Help the Greeks. The other Gods Could Help the Trojans. but there was a war between the Greeks and The Trojans. The Gods Decided to Help The Greeks.

They faced challenges such as how to accommodate states that had basically ruled. How to create a strong central government without giving too much power to one group & how to give small & large states equal representation.
If you look at the years of the states and write down the ones in 1889 and 1900, it gets easier. Three that I got were Wshington, Montana, and South Dakota (I'm sure there are more but those were three).
