the different between language and dialect is that lenguague is written as well as spoken, while a dialect is just spoken until it is promoted to the elite status usually for political purposes.
I mean... it would probably depend. Like if I was in the pictures for a good reason to be honored or something like that, then yeah. For other reasons, not very sure. :/
