It is a cause and effect. The threat of rain caused her to grab the coat and umbrella.

I think the answer would be C. Cause and effect. We can find this out by seeing that the sky was dark and looked like it was going to rain. Because of the sky being dark and looming, Sienna grabs her coat and umbrella. I hope this helps :)
