Answer:

Congress is prohibited from some actions to avoid decision making based on bad influences and to prevent abuse of power.

Explanation:

The federal congress has a lot of influence over the country's decisions, besides being responsible for approving and rejecting bills, the congress can oversee, oversee and influence various bills in the country. Based on this, you can understand that Congress has great power in the country and all that power can be considered dangerous if not limited.

Because of all this power, the federal constitution forbids the congress of some actions. These bans are intended to prevent congressional members from making decisions based on bad influences, and prevent congressional members from starting to act with the abuse of power.

The United States Congress is specifically forbidden from some actions because the Congress might be wrongly influenced to make certain changes that can effect the general people of the country. The constitution might get affected and the country might lose the virtues on which the founding fathers created the constitution.

Answer:

This was because of their geographical positions.

Explanation:

Their geographical position favored a focus on military capability. Both Rome and China were militaristic states. Both were able to develop thanks to being shielded by their geographical position from the great powers in the east. Eventually they were able to gain powers over a large sector.

Which of these are reasons the colonists were angry with Britain?
tia_tia [17]

Answer: A, C, and D.

Explanation:

Taxes like the stamp act were thought of as ridiculous and overbearing. The colonists hated them because they were allowed no voice in parliement to oppose them. The intolerable acts were, as you may have guessed, intolerable to those living in Massachusetts--they were deliberately put in place to alienate massachusetts from the rest of the colonies, and make them feel grateful it wasn't them being punished. In reality, it did the opposite, uniting the colonists in a common goal. Woman not being allowed to vote wasn't a huge problem back then, so that wasn't scorned like the rest. Acts like the Quartering act, which forced american colonists to let British soldiers live in their homes for indeterminate lengths of time, were considered shameful and incredibly arrogant.
