Congress is prohibited from some actions to avoid decision making based on bad influences and to prevent abuse of power.

The federal congress has a lot of influence over the country's decisions, besides being responsible for approving and rejecting bills, the congress can oversee, oversee and influence various bills in the country. Based on this, you can understand that Congress has great power in the country and all that power can be considered dangerous if not limited.

Because of all this power, the federal constitution forbids the congress of some actions. These bans are intended to prevent congressional members from making decisions based on bad influences, and prevent congressional members from starting to act with the abuse of power.

The United States Congress is specifically forbidden from some actions because the Congress might be wrongly influenced to make certain changes that can effect the general people of the country. The constitution might get affected and the country might lose the virtues on which the founding fathers created the constitution.
