Gatsby becomes a criminal to earn money quickly, thinking wealth is enough for him to accomplish all his dreams, including getting Daisy back. Nick, the narrator, is Daisy's cousin and Gatsby's neighbor. He is an accomplice and helper of their love affair.
<u>In Chapter 6, Daisy, Tom and Nick attend one of Gatsby's grand parties. This time, unlike the previous times he attended such parties, Nick is looking at things through Daisy's eyes:</u>
