Hi!
It affected me to give back to the city. there are a lot of people who don't have what most people <em>do</em> have, such as a place to stay, food to eat, or new clothes to wear. I try to give whatever I can to whomever I can, whenever I can. Giving feels better than reciveing, and the look on their face makes me feel good about what I'm doing.
Hope this helps!

Answer:
This means that users can get through the program only after answering the series of questions given.
Explanation:
The statement<em> "users advanced through the program by answering a series of questions"</em> means that users can pass to the next level of "the program" by providing the correct answers to a series of questions. This means that to move to the next level, providing correct answers is a requirement.
So, when users can provide answers to 'the series of questions' provided, they can move on to the next level of the program. Advancement through the program requires the users to provide answers to the "series of questions" in the program. In short, unless one answers the questions, one cannot advance or move on through the program.
Answer:
The sentence "Did they use to start the engine by hand?", when transformed into the passive voice, becomes:
- Did the engine use to be started by hand?
Explanation:
If we follow some simple rules, we can easily transform a sentence from the active to the passive voice:
<u>1. First, we need to locate the object of the active voice. In the sentence we are analyzing here, the object of the verb is "the engine".</u>
<u>2. Let's take a look at the verb tense. The passive voice does not change it, but it is necessary to add "to be" according to the original tense. The main verb will be used in its past participle form in the passive voice. In the sentence, the verbs are "did... use to start". Maintaining the tense and structure, we will now have "did... use to be started".</u>
<u>3. The subject of the active voice will only be included in the passive voice as an agent if it is important. Subjects such as "they" or "people" are usually not mentioned in the passive voice at all.</u>
With that in mind, let's transform the sentence:
"Did they use to start the engine by hand?" - Did the engine use to be started by hand?
