Answer: False

the reciprocal is it being pretty much upside down. 7 is 7/1 but 1/7 would be it's reciprocal.

I hope this is good enough:

The pie graph shows Katie and David's household budget. The 25% mark represents utilities. If Katie and David spend $400 a month
Vesnalui [34]
Answer is B. $1,600

Given:
part = $400
percentage of the part = 25%
whole = ?

To get the whole or total monthly budget, simply divide the part by its corresponding percentage.

$400 / 0.25 = $1600

Other formulas to consider if other facts are given:

% of Part to the Whole = Part/Whole * 100%
                                     = 400/1600 * 100%
                                     = 0.25 * 100%
                                     = 25%

Value of the part of a whole = Whole * % of part
                                              = 1600 * 25%/100%
                                              = 400

A rectangular computer monitor is measured by the length and width of its display resolution. Three different monitors are descr
Anna [14]

Answer: Monitors A and B

Step-by-step explanation:

The similar monitors based on display resolution are those with similar ratios.

Take the ratios to their simplest forms to see which are similar.

Monitor A

= 640 : 480

= 16 : 12

= 4 : 3

Monitor B

= 800 : 600

= 8 : 6

= 4 : 3

Monitor C

= 1,280 : 800

= 32 : 20

= 8 : 5

<em>Monitors A and B are similar as they have the same display ratio. </em>

 1)Rewrite the table:
70,  49,  34.3,  24.01,  11.807 {The original size of the wound =70}

2) write the quotient of each number by the number before & notice the value:

49/70= 0.7
34.3/49 = 0.7
24.01/34.3 =0.7
16.0807/24.01 = 0.67 ≈0.7
You notice this is a geometric progression with r 0.7
The last term in a GP =ar^⁽ⁿ⁻¹⁾

3) Domain and Range of this function:
Last term = a₁.rⁿ⁻¹. let last term be y==> f(n) = y =70(0.7)ⁿ⁻¹
or f(n) = y = 70(0.7)ⁿ / 0.7==> f(n) = [(0.7)ⁿ ]/ 100.
This is a decreasing exponential function where the coefficient
raised to n is < 1.
The domain is for all n>= 0.
When n→∞, f(n)→0; For n=0==>f(n) =70. So the range of f(n) is:<=70

please help me.... A painting company charges $250 base plus $16 per hour. Another painting company charges $210 base plus $18 p
dem82 [27]
Basically its 250 + 16x = 210 + 18x where x = the number of hours doing the job.

Solving, we get 40 = 2x, x =20

The jobs has to be 20 hours long in order for their two painting jobs to be equally priced.

Hope this helped!
