Credit risk is the risk that the borrower will not
ElenaW [278]
Credit risk is the risk that the borrower will not succeed to make required payments. Therefore, the lander could lose principal and interest. The risk also includes disruption to cash flows and increased collection costs. The loss can be complete or partial and can arise in number of circumstances. scarcity is a naturally occuring limitation on a resource that can't be replenished and shortage is when the amount demanded is greater than the amount supplied. Scarcity would be like diamonds and a shortage would be like out of stock light bulbs
