During these hard times, socialization is important. Most people already have their family living with them--especially minors. By keeping in touch with friends virtually, you will feel just as happy as before.
Exercise is also important. Nobody said to be jogging miles and miles in one day or to be doing 100 pushups between meals. It can be fun! FaceTime a close friend or family member and exercise with them! Wear a mask and stay at least 6 feet apart during a walk. Skateboard, bike ride, or rollerskate around the block or in a safe spot with little to no people. Addicted to video games? Try some Kinect games on XBOX! Not only will this keep you in great shape (and give you some kEwL muscles to show off after quarantine), but it will also keep you in good mental shape. Positive distraction and fun busyness are important when staying at home during these times, and exercise definitely fits within that catagory. It could even help you sleep better at night. ;)
