How does the supremacy clause of the U.S. Constitution affect the states?
cluponka [151]

Answer:

The correct answer is D. The Supremacy Clause ensures that the U.S. Constitution overrules each state constitution.

Explanation:

The Supremacy Clause provides for the Constitution and laws of the United States, as well as international treaties concluded by the United States, to be the supreme law of the country. This clause also obliges state judges to be governed by the US Constitution, laws, and international treaties, even if individual state constitutions and laws are contrary to federal law. State constitutions also recognize the supremacy of the US federal constitution. The Supremacy Clause is contained in Article VI of the US Constitution.

Effects of ethnic conflicts to the development of africa
Kay [80]

Conflict and ethnicity have scarred Africa for centuries. ... Ethnic diversity can become an impediment to economic growth and social stability, for instance, if particular groups are given preferential treatment by a government or a national leader, a situation which has been endemic in the past in parts of the continent.

The Federalist Papers were written by which future president?
Yuki888 [10]
James Madison but this is a horrible question. Yes Madison was the only writer that became President but John Jay, James Madison and Alexander Hamilton all wrote some of the Federalist Papers (Jay contributing the least) but this question can misinform one and make them believe that Madison alone wrote them which is utterly untrue. In this case the answer is Madison but Madison, Jay and Hamilton each had a hand in writing the Federalist Papers.
