Government should intervene in unfair business practices
When a country tends to function well, poverty should be rare and shameful because there's no good reason to be poor since the economy of that nation is prospering. Poverty there will be looked down upon. When a counties’ government is dysfunctional, it is shameful to be rich because you are exploiting a crooked system and don't care about the political structure of the country. In other words their priorities are not right.
The goal of the contractionary fiscal policy is a type of fiscal policy that increases taxes and lowers government spending. It also possible that it can be both which aims to beat the inflation pressure. Due to the increase of taxes, households may have the tendency not to spend that much. Lower disposal means lowers consumption.
