Step 1. Add the whole numbers first.

3+ \frac{5}{6} + \frac{2}{11}

Step 2. Find the Least Common Denominator (LCD) of \frac{5}{6} , \frac{2}{11}

Method 1: By Listing MultiplesList out all multiples of each denominator, and find the first common one.

Multiples of 6 : 6, 12, 18 ... 54, 60, 66, ...
Multiples of 11 : 11, 22, 33, 44, 55, 66, ...

Therefore, the LCD is 66.

Method 2: By Prime FactorsList all prime factors of each denominator, and find the union of these
 primes.

Prime Factors of 6: 2,3

Prime Factors of 11: 11

Therefore, the LCD is 2 x 3 x 11 = 66.

LCD = 66

Step 3. Make the denominators the same as the LCD

3+ \frac{5*11}{6*11} + \frac{2*6}{11*6}

Step 4. Simplify. Denominators are now the same

3+ \frac{55}{66} + \frac{12}{66}

Step 5. Join the denominators

3+ \frac{55+12}{66}

Step 6. Simplify

3+ \frac{67}{66}

Step 7. Convert \frac{67}{66} into a mixed fraction

3+1 \frac{1}{66}

Step 8. Simplify

4 \frac{1}{66}

Done! :) Hope This Helps! :) ♥♥♥

using a single graph paper and the same axes draw the graph of the following equation x-y+1=0 and 3x+2y=12
Mashcka [7]

Answer:

See attachment

Step-by-step explanation:

We want to graph the following equation:

x-y+1=0

and

3x+2y=12

For the first equation: x-y+1=0

When x=0, we have 0-y+1=0---->y=1

We plot the point (0,1)

When y=0, we have x-0+1=0---->x=-1

We plot (-1,0)

We draw a straight line through these two points to get the graph of this line.

For the second equation: 3x+2y=12

When x=0,y=6. So we plot (0,6)

When y=0, x=4, So we plot (4,0)

We draw another straight line through them to obtain the graph in the attachment.

Can i please know the asnwer
kicyunya [14]

Answer:

volume = 10m^3

Step-by-step explanation:

This shape is called a rectangular prism. The formula for finding the volume of this prism is: volume = L * W * H

All you do is plug the values into the formula.

The length is 2m

The width is 1m

the height is 5m

Volume = (2m)(1m)(5m)

Volume = 10m^3

Susi and Janet have been solving systems of equations with one polynomial function of degree two or higher and one linear functi
allsm [11]
Both are incorrect insofar that they say that they use the word always, which certainly is not the case. If the poly has a degree of 2, and a vertex which is for example (0, 5) the line y = x would never intersect it. Y = x + 5 would intersect it at one point, and y = x+10 at two points. The answer also depends on the delta of the function. If delta greater than 0 there will be two solutions, while a delta that is 0 gives one solution. If delta is smaller than 0 we have no solution.
