My fitness goal is living a more healthy life style. I can achieve this goal by breaking it down and focusing on the objectives that will help me get there. I’ll set goals such as drinking at least 4 glasses of water a day, eating 3 healthy meals and making sure to get at least 30 minutes of exercise everyday
By drinking fruit juices and vegetable juice just blend it and it makes your body healthy and fights stroke just not eat rice and any kind of food just juice always (2 months) u will do that juicing vegetables and fruits
