The positive effects on some people is that they believe that they are someone else. If they don’t like themselves and they go pretend to be someone else that can reduce stress because they forget about the things they’re going through. The negative effects Would be that many people play violent video games and that causes them to question reality. They forget that once you die you’re gone, and they go out and try to hurt people and potentially themselves thinking it won’t have any effect on the people around them. Because life is just a video game, you play as well as you can to survive and earn points until you die. The only difference is you don’t come back in real life. So take a break from the video games and go out and enjoy real life with your mates!

If you are talking about Anime or Cartoons then its Anime because the dresses, body structure are very detailed while cartoons are not as detailed as Anime
