A linear graph is one where there is a steady change in the value on the y-axis with a steady change in the value on the x-axis. The first table will produce a positive sloped straight line that has an increase of 5 in the value of distance with each increment in the time value.
Table 2 will produce a graph where there is a decrease of 2 in the value of distance with an increase in the value of time.
Table 4 will produce a graph where the line is horizontal; the y-value does not change with time.
Table 3 has a graph which has to move up and down to accommodate the decreasing and increasing values, so it will be non-linear.

A non scientific question is a question which cannot be proved to be true as no experiment or no data can be gathered from it. Why are roses the best flowers? is an example of nonscientific question. The answer of this question is subjective and it brings no scientific data. Scientific question on the other hand is a question that may lead to a hypothesis and help us in answering (or figuring out) the reason for some observation.
The type of therapy based on the premise that the mind's activity depends on the brain and is genetically determined is called the cognitive therapy. It is a type of psychotherapy that commonly used as one of the therapeutic approaches for cognitive behavioral therapies. It is based on the idea that the degree of what we feel is determined by what we are thinking. Illnesses such as depression are though to be a result of wrong beliefs and thoughts. In this therapy, one goal is to correct wrong beliefs of a person in order to improve the emotional state and the perception of this person to certain events.
