Cleanliness.

nobody would want cake made with dirty,unclean, and unsanitary utensils.that’s just not good.also allergens,if someone is allergic to eggs and the cake batter was stirred using a spoon with egg,that could be life-threatening.please clean your utensils before making sponge cake.please and thank you.hope this helps!

Sugar – The white granulated sugar will add just the right amount of sweetness and aid in the overall texture and browning of the cake
