Answer:

A-T and C-G are complements so when there is an A in the nucleotide its complementary nucleotide will be a T, vice versa. This is the same with C-G as well.

soldi70 [24.7K]

Answer: The glomerulus is filled with blood via an afferent arteriole and it is ensheathed in visceral SQUAMOUS EPITHELIUM.

Explanation: Glomerular wall consists of fenestrated endothelium, thick basal lamina and podocytes' pedicels separated by filtration slits of controllable width. These permit the filtration of water solutes into a capsular space between glomerular epithelium and the parietal squamous epithelium of Bowman's capsule.

Can we detect bacteria in pollutants using DNA profiling
Blababa [14]
Yes. You could do this by adding solvents to break down any cell walls, centrifuge to separate the DNA, if you haven't got much then upscale with PCR, gel electrophoresis could be used to detect the DNA, and Sanger sequencing to find the sequence.

Use the model to explain how celiac disease interrupts the normal transportation of energy and other nutrients from the digestiv
IrinaK [193]

Answer:

According to the model, the "villi" of small intestines is being damaged as an impact of celiac disease. Small intestines are responsible for absorption of nutrients and minerals from food, this occurs through villi, in case of damaged villi absorption is interfered, thus disturbing the digestive system. If the nutrients, minerals or vitamins are not being absorbed well by small intestines then they will be excreted out of the body and will not be transported to the blood and other areas, this would result in deficiency of minerals and vitamins  in blood that cause weakness.
