One question that needs to be asked before the views of a particular interest group are allowed too much influence over public p
Ivanshal [37]

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

Although there are no options attached we can say the following.

One question that needs to be asked before the views of a particular interest group is allowed too much influence over public policy is "the number of people represented by that group."

This is correct because it all depends on the number of people that are part of an interest group. The higher the number, the higher the influence degree in decisions.

Interest groups have particular political and economic agendas. That is why they try to influence the government and legislation. Political interest groups hire lobbyists to negotiate with Congressmen, trying to support their particular agendas.

But Congressmen must remember that they were elected to serve teh United States citizens and their concerns, not to satisfy interest groups' particular agendas.

tekilochka [14]

Ideas on the appropriate limits of the monarch's power changed in the 17th century to a small extent.

What were ideas of a monarch's power in the 17th century?

In the 17th century, Europe had very powerful monarchs who basically ruled by decree. They limits to their power was debated but not much was done to limit it.

This wasn't the case in England however because the powers of a monarch was limited thanks to a Civil War and then the Glorious Revolution. The limits can therefore be said to have changed to a small extent.
