The part of Freytags pyramid that best represents the scenario given in the image is: <em>"A, exposition".</em>

Explanation: The Freytags pyramid is a useful tool for a writer to organize their thoughts when describing a drama situation in their story. According to it, a drama is easily separated into 5 parts, these are<em> exposition, rising actions, climax, falling action, and denouement. (In that exact order)</em>

  • <u><em>Exposition:</em></u> is the part of the story that presents the time, place, characters and the conflict of the story.
  • <em><u>Rising actions: </u></em>these are the events that kind of prepare and hook the reader with the story because he is supposed to feel the rising tension of the conflict.
  • <u><em>Climax:</em></u> This is the part where the main character's fate changes for the bad or the good.
  • <em><u>Falling action: </u></em>Here, the conflict is beginning to resolve.
  • <em><u>Denouement:</u></em> The end of the story or the conclusion of the solution to the problem.

<u>So, that being said, the Exposition of the story is where it says: "Samantha arrived 15 minutes late to her English class..."</u>

Compare and Contrast the character's Simon and Piggy from Lord of the Flies?
expeople1 [14]

Simon and Piggy were not all that different. Simon was good and kind, but perhaps a little bit braver than Piggy. Piggy was timid, and vulnerable from years of torment and bullying, but somehow still a good person. Although the world around them seemed to be going mad, they both remained kind, whereas characters like Ralph and Jack added to the madness, and caused even more problems.

How does the news media influence the way we understand the world?please use evidence
vladimir2022 [97]

Answer:

The news can use propaganda to influence the way we see things and people. For example, I am a famous person. They use one of my statements in a chocolate bar commercial on the news because I said something that would fit for their company. That is propaganda because it influences the way people would see me, and that product, because I never agreed to be in their commercial. They only used a statement I made and recreated it for something else, which is fake and violates trust between us all.

<em>Hope it helps.</em>
