In my university I stand up for the issue of increasing fees and lowering seats for the students which have a weak financial condition. I negotiate with the authority to solve this problem but they didn't respond well so majority of the students go for the demonstration against the dean and administration of the institute. We also talk to the media which puts a great pressure on the administration and they will take back their decision. We learn that every issue can be solved through talks and negotiation.
