Conscious racism is to be aware, intentional, and responsive in your discrimination against a certain race. An example of this would be if you were in charge of a company and never hired any person of colour just because you believe they are below other skin colours.

Unconscious racism is being unaware or performing some racist act or comment without realizing. Examples of unconscious racism are social stereotypes, believing that an entire group (in this case an entire race) acts or behaves a certain way. Social stereotypes allows individuals to represent a group as a whole.
