Can anyone help me complete the ''historians clues'' for history? Explain who you believe took the gardening tools.
Katyanochek1 [597]

Answer:

On February 28, 1755, Will Anthony Reported the disappearance of gardening tools from his blacksmith shop.” We have come to believe that the man responsible for this is Matthew Farmer. The most reliable source that we used was the blacksmith’s diary and this is a primary source. We believe that this is the most reliable source because the blacksmith himself was the one giving us information through the diary

The least reliable source would be the newspaper because the news reporters don’t know the full story and they get to the crime scene after the police get there. Not only could they not go inside but they also get information incorrect.

The Act prohibits Federal military personnel from acting as law enforcement officials inside the United States without direct approval from the Constitution or Congress is the Posse Comitatus Act.

What is the objective of this Act?

The Posse Comitatus Act forbids federal troops from taking involved in civil law enforcement unless they are specifically authorized by law.

This Act reflects an American tradition that views military intervention in civil matters as a threat to the country and individual freedoms.

Although the constitution does not restrict the President from using the military to execute civil laws, Congress chose in 1878 to limit the president's ability to do so without approval from congress.
