Answer:

ADAPTATION, this is a version of an original source (such as a diary, an autobiography, or a story) which is modified for a presentation in another form, such as a film, a musical, or a play

Explanation:

Adaption simply means to create a work of art (usually literary) from the basic elements found in an earlier work, but in a different medium this time, leading to the production of a secondary work. Film, musical work or plays have been adapted in different forms since the 20th century.

We have faithful adaptation – in which the core elements in the original works are retained in so far as the secondary work to be created permits that.

In free adaptation – unlike faithful adaptation, the core basics of the original work are not retained and in some cases, fully replaced by an entirely new material.

Why does Winthrop believe that a Bill of Rights is essential in the constitution?
Andreas93 [3]

Anti-Federalist James Winthrop thinks that the Bill of Rights is important enough to be a part of the Constitution. He wrote several essays proposing that Bill of Rights should be included because it prevents the dominating majority on taking advantage of the minority who have little to no property and power against the elite. The non-inclusion of bill of rights may subject minorities to potential abuse from the authorities.
