Here is the conlusion. You can use the sentences seperately to answer each question. This is for Science. The question I am trying to answer is, “How does a surface area affect the rate it is warmed at?” My hypothesis is that the bigger the surface, the longer it takes to get heated to a certain temperature. I'm heating three surfaces of different sizes. First, I will preheat all the stoves to the same temperature. Then, I will pour water in each of the pots and put them on the stoves. I will examine them and see which one starts boiling first. If I am correct, the large pot will be the last to boil. The data in my graph tells me that the small pot got heated first, then the medium pot, then the large pot. The data tells me that my hypothesis was correct! The data supports my claim because the data in my graph shows that the large pot was heated last and the small pot was heated first, which is exactly what I hypothesized would happen. If I were to repeat this experiment, I would use a timer so that I would know the exact time that they all started boiling, so that my experiment would be more precise. I would also repeat the experiment at least once more so that I can get a precise understanding of it as well.
The eighteenth-century Enlightenment philosophers believed that society could best achieve progress through "rational thought and pragmatism", since these thinkers called into question the blind faith many people had in monarchy and God.
