Effectiveness: Organizations under this category play key roles when it comes to responding to disasters. Ineffectiveness: There may also be times when children are exposed to other children who show unsportsmanlike behavior. Some of these unruly behaviors are yelling, cursing, or even violence in response to self-anger or anger towards the referees or other players. Ineffectiveness: There may be parents who will feel alienated because they cannot be around during the meetings due maybe of their work schedules. It is then important that the school will let the parents understand that it is actually their presence or the atmosphere in their homes which really matters the most and not their perfect attendance during the PTA meetings. A home environment conducive to learning for the children must always be created.
