ellos/ellas/ustedes: -an
Memoria is memory, es como is is like, el mal amigo is the bad friend. What that means is that the memory is like a bad friend, why? You can't count on a bad friend because he/she isn't very reliable, so you can't count on your memory, because it's not very reliable
