Review the image showing Arabic script.
stealth61 [152]

Answer: It was the main form of communication for Muslim traders.

Explanation:

The Arabic alphabet spread in that part of the world in the same way as religion itself: trade. Throughout history, the Arabs have been famous and successful traders who traveled through the Sahara to that part of the world. Scripture and religion also spread through Islamic scholars. In West Africa, Islam and the Arabic alphabet spread peacefully, in contrast to some other parts of the world where some conquerors brought Islam by force, such as some countries in Southeast Europe.

How did Oklahoma pay for new initiatives when it became a state?
Nata [24]

Oklahoma asked the federal government for financial support.

Explanation:

Oklahoma is a state in the south-central region of USA. It became a state in 1907, from the very beginning in 1908 Oklahoma government started numbering system for its initiatives and its 1st successful initiative was Oklahoma initiative 7 (1910) which was displayed in 11th June 1910 special election by proposing two most important questions:

 • Shall permanent state capital to be established?
 • If yes then options were Guthrie/Oklahoma/Shawnee

People chose Oklahoma, initiative was passed and Oklahoma City became Capital. After becoming state many new initiatives were passed like Oklahoma Initiative 10 for literacy test required as a qualification for voting, while Oklahoma Initiative 11 rejected as it was demanding for liquor sales to be allowed. These all-new initiatives demanded huge financial support which was catered by the federal government. Hence Oklahoma government started the state’s development by taking a fruitful and ethical decision for their public welfare.

How did farmers in New England respond to the Industrial Revolution? (5 points)
Aleks04 [339]
Because of the industrial revolution farmers moved to the cities for a better life. However this did not happen because the area was very polluted and badly built homes meant lots of disease and death. Many people moved out of the villages so the farmers would have less business. I would say the last option is correct.
