El desayuno (breakfast) = un pan tostado y un jugo (toast and juice) el cena (dinner) = una sopa y un vaso de leche (soup and a cup of milk) la almuerzo (lunch) = un bistec encebollado con arroz (steak with onions and rice) el postre (dessert) = un flan (i think you know)
I'm not COMPLETELY sure about the lunch and dinner because they might be reversible but I'm pretty sure lunch would be heavier than dinner. plus that's what i sometimes eat for lunch and dinner, and I'm half latina :)
