Now that the light is adjusted, move the microscope slide until your sample is in the center, making it easier for you to see. When you have a clear image of the sample, you can change to the next object lenses, while doing this, you may need to readjust the sample and condenser. When finished, lower the stage, click the low power lens into position and remove the slide.
