What is one reason it would it be better to be a woman on a college campus rather than a man in the roaring twenties?

The women going to college were not only bettering their lives, but also acting as a role model for other women, possibly inspiring them to continue their college education too, while men did not have this opportunity because it was already normalized for men to go to college. Women also had the added struggle of constant critique, urging them to do the best that they can and bettering their character, once again, something men didn’t experience.
