The odd one is probably "Andes".

Explanation:

While checking all the words, "Nile", "Amazon", "Volga", and "Yangtze" seems to be rivers. But "Andes" is a mountain. (I put the word "River" on each word to make sure I am correct, but it seems like "Andes" doesn't use that word.)
