Ani analyses how "DeLuca's haphazard patchwork of reasoning and evidence leaves the reader wondering whether he believes his own claim".  According to Ani he quotes not only supporters of the Nobel price committee but also detractors. He includes a sampling of Dylan's lyrics and leaves them to speak for themselves.

The evidence (quotes) from the article that best supports Ani's evaluation are:

1. "And it’s a good thing [his lyrics] have been published, because if you’ve gone to see the famously sneering and syllable-garbling Dylan play live in recent years, you probably couldn’t understand a word he was singing."  

We could interpret this quote as contradictory, it is not necessarily for or against Dylan's Nobel Price. You could say he is confusing his readers, he seems to be against the sung lyrics and for the published ones.  

2. "On one end of Dylan's songwriting spectrum is the vengeful, resolute, and timeless 'Masters Of War' . . . . It’s high dudgeon at its finest: ‘Let me ask you one question: Is your money that good? / Will it buy you forgiveness? Do you think that it could?"

Ani also says that he does a sampling of the lyrics and allows them to speak for themselves.  This excerpt shows part of a lyric from the song "Masters of War".  He is not necessarily saying its a "good" or "bad" lyric, he describes it as: "vengeful, resolute, and timeless" the reader must decide about its quality or if it is the kind of work that deserves a Nobel Price.

Here are the steps to organize a debate:

1.- Choose a topic of interest that produces controversy

2.-Designate or invite participants in advance according to the topic.

Three are the most important people for the organization of a Debate:

Moderator or Coordinator

Secretary

He is responsible for writing down the main ideas presented by the participants. It also makes a final summary of the Debate. The secretary must be impartial.

Competitor

They argue with arguments the issue they are defending. They should be prepared well in advance on each topic to be presented, and also listen carefully to what is stated on the opposite side.

During the debate there are rules that must be followed to contribute to its success. Here are the most relevant:

1.- Objectivity

2.- Tolerance regarding differences of ideas

3.- Respect for the time allocated by the Moderator

4.- Avoid teasing towards the ideas of other participants

5.- Respect the intervention of the participants

Part of the success of the debate is due to the attitude of the participants and how they develop throughout the process. Here the most important recommendations:

1.- Clarity: Avoid the use of terms that may be misinterpreted by any of the participants.

2.- Evidence: It is better not to express the arguments with phrases such as: "According to ...", "The text says .." It is advisable to support ideas with real events.

3.- Emotivity: Limit the use of expressions that provoke angry responses in the other participants, which try to devalue them by their political position.

4.- Causality: It is better not to give conclusions that lead to fallacies

5.- Credibility in the information: Cite sources that support the credibility of the above
