It would be the "Ku Klux Klan" that is considered to be a domestic terrorist group, since they have a long history of intimidating people (especially blacks and Jews) with whom they disagree and degrade.
Afghanistan is probably the biggest one. A lot of other middle eastern follow suit as well: Iran, Saudi Arabia, etc.
There are two different types of Governments. One is a Federal Government and the other is A State government. Like they both tax us, The State income taxes and Government tax. Gov, tax is for making construction things like roads or paying the police and State is for income. Hope this helps. :)
