Mutual defense alliances was a significant cause for starting World War I. Basically, what happened was all of the countries were somehow alliances with other countries. Conflict between different countries caused the allied countries to be involved which eventually led to World War I.

The Mutual defense alliances were a significant cause for creating conflict that began at the starting of World War I. In the midst of the turmoil, the countries during this time of war the occurrences between the countries were somehow alliance need with other countries. During this time of the war, the countries began to start starting a large issue  in the peace between the countries and started to push some countries to their breaking points. The conflicts between the different countries caused the allied countries to be involved which eventually led to the inevitable beginning of World War I.

The Patriots had more supplies, could get supplies easier, had a home court/familiar territory advantage, and had more motivation. The British had less supplies, had to ship supplies overseas, were unfamiliar with the territory/far from home, and had little motivation. The patriots won because of their surplus in supplies, the British lost because they ran out of supplies.
