Answer:

A monologue is a speech given by a single character in a story. In drama, it is the vocalization of a character’s thoughts; in literature, the verbalization. It is traditionally a device used in theater—a speech to be given on stage—but nowadays, its use extends to film and television

so i would put it in a way so your expressing what the monologue is and how its important.

I agree with the answer above, but because it states ‘evaluate’ explain what a monologue is in your introduction (maybe just a couple of lines) then first paragraph explain how the monologue you’re studying has good points and why and the second paragraph needs to be bad points and explain why each points are effective/not effective or unnecessary. When you’re evaluating something you are weighing up the pros and cons.
