I believe that you shouldn't use l<span>ow intensity (light weights) if you want to build muscle mass.

I agree more with opinion 1 because video games make people extremely lazy. Instead of going outside and playing sports/ exercising kids sit at home and play online sports. You get no exercise at all which is really bad for your health.
