A isn't correct since it capitalized the word Actor. Actor isn't a word that needs to be capitalized unless it's at the beginning of a sentence.

B isn't correct since Tom Hanks name isn't capitalized.

D isn't right since Philadelphia, a movie and city, wasn't capitalized.

C is the only sentence that had all the movie names and Tom Hanks name capitalized without any other unnecessary capitalizations.

A surprise by definition is unexpected, so it's a bit redundant to say an unexpected surprise. Also, saying culinary twice isn't necessary. It is better to just use it to describe the school and from there it can be inferred that the dish is culinary.
