Overeating can lead to obesity and health problems so it's important to know when to stop and start. Family love and care are what impacts the children the most. Being taught what is right and wrong and being surrounded by love and care give positive growth to children. Spending time with each other and having deep meaningful conversations help with social skills. There are many ways in which physical wellness can affect your self esteem. By striving for physical wellness, chances are your bound to gain muscle along the way, at least some. By doing this, your self image will be boosted, directly affecting your confidence which, in return, will raise your self esteem! In addition to this, physical wellness can also raise hormones in your body, making you feel empowered which will once again raise your self esteem. All of this can also be inversed; not striving for physical wellness can cause fat buildup, making your self image to be negative and lowering your self esteem. Not as many hormones can be created, thus more self esteem is lost.
