Really bad. Like most of the things that happened to them schools don't teach you about. They would have breeding houses for the exact purpose that is in the name. Use them for free labor without giving them any freedom. Torture them for the smallest inconvienences: use babies as gator bait, hunt and kill them for sports, use women for medical procedures. ect
