no, most teens want to achieve goals before settling down with a child because although set funds are provided, they are often not enough. this money and support is provided so that there are kids of unfortunate circumstances growing up in healthy homes. these kids don’t have to worry about where there next meal is going to come from, so they can maintain their innocence.
