I'd say overall B. It basically gives the reader general concepts and main key summaries, tipping them off on what the essay would most likely be like. It stars a hook (something to hook the audience into reading.) but thats not what its for. A seems irrelevant to what an intro is. Therefore the most likely answer is b.
