we maintain by making sure to be nice to each other.Make eye contact when speaking.If you notice your self being nice but not your partner and you know their toxic,fuc4ing drop them.they're not worth it.We form them by noticing if their lonely or you see them getting bullied.Try talking about interests.and if you have social anxiety that's fine!.just try making friends
