I definitely feel as though feel as thaugh your mind, and inspiration, things and people you love contributes to creativity. That being said ,when wanting to feel more creative, I look twards all my inspirations. That means God, My family, and nature. Everyone sees the world differently, and out creativity, is always adding emotion to the way we view it. Its like a little pop of extra in all we do.

Panning practically refers to following a moving object with your camera so as to get a shot which can catch the object's speed and movement. The background of that object should be blurred due to its speed, but the object itself should be in the focus and perfect.
