Because rural counties held more political power and tended to be more conservative on racial matters, this caused problems for business-oriented cities who were more moderate on race relations and biggest concerns were policies that were good for business.
Michelle’s unwillingness to admit Carmen to the program is
most likely the result of discrimination. This is considered to be a
prejudicial or unjust treatment done by an individual to another because of the
reason that the individual being treated poorly was because he or she is
different from the person that is treating him or her poorly.
People were concerened at the state of our presidency. Many people saw Lincoln as an amazing president and it scared them to think of not having him anymore.
